After a Milanese judge threw out a previous tax evasion suit brought last year, round two of the label’s legal proceedings is on deck for December 3. Italy’s Supreme Court reopened the case earlier this year, alleging “omitted and unfaithful earnings declarations” amid Dolce & Gabbana’s financial filings. Stefano Gabbana has said previously that the designers “pretend [the charges] don’t exist,” but with the court date set, it’s probably best to make a note of it in one’s gilded D&G diary.
