Ryan Lochte has finally, inevitably faded from our consciousness, bringing us back to an adorably bearded Michael Phelps, who attended last night’s Golden Goggle awards in a gingham shirt and waistcoat. It’s unclear what prompted him to do a magic trick with David Blaine, as he is in this picture, but wearing a pocket square means never having to explain yourself.
