Being the President Is a Good Diet

President Obama has lost at least seven pounds over the last year, dropping from 181 to 174, and is looking even skinnier, reports the Atlantic Wire, suggesting that the stress and demands of the country’s highest office are a natural diet aid. Or maybe not. The Atlantic Wire’s photographic evidence might have just been shot at a flattering angle. Besides, it turned out that not being president anymore was a good diet for Bill Clinton. Anyway, we’re just posting this for the strange thrill of playing the celebrity weekly’s weight-as-sport game with the male leader of the free world. The Wire even speculates that Obama tried to hide his dramatic weight loss from his fans when he told David Letterman he still weighed 180 back in September. As if he’s, like, an Olsen twin or something.
