After several years of deliberation, Dwyane Wade is finally getting his clothing label off the ground. Named WADE, it’s a collaboration between Chinese sportswear company Li-ning, Wade himself, and shoe designer Alejandro Ingelmo, who was recently brought on as a creative consultant. Ingelmo’s first project for WADE will be a “lifestyle/basketball cultural sneaker” that he’ll show at New York Fashion Week in February, according to a press release. Anna Wintour is surely behind this somehow.
