Last night, Twilight actress Ashley Greene attended the opening of Andrea’s at Encore in Las Vegas. And in typical Sin City fashion, she went for a dark, edgy look, wearing a tight peplum top and waxy hot pants, which made her look like she forgot half of her Catwoman costume at home. She accessorized with a black clutch, pumps, silver necklace, and uneasy half-smile — and painted her nails purple to add a touch of color.
