Spies told “Page Six” that Galliano, in town to intern chez Oscar de la Renta, had “lunch with Grace and a male companion at Sant Ambroeus in the West Village” yesterday. The spies also described the designer as a “flamboyantly dressed fashionisto” — it’s good to hear he’s back to his old self!
