Yesterday, the former princess of Manhattan’s Upper East Side left behind her Gossip Girl roots for Toronto, where she attended the opening of Target Canada. The new Mrs. Reynolds wore a cap-sleeved cream dress from Roland Mouret’s resort 2013 collection, featuring a sheer section and a vibrant print that looked like it was freshly painted with watercolors.
