When asked about The Carrie Diaries last month, Sarah Jessica Parker, forever the original Carrie Bradshaw, semi-smugly replied, “I think it’s one of those tests of your generosity.” If SJP was feeling even a little bit antsy about losing ownership of her iconic character to a teen, then the day to fret has officially arrived. Yesterday, Carrie 2.0 attended the Kiehl’s launch of Environmental Partnership Benefiting Recycle Across America in Santa Monica looking like her fashionista alter ego. She pulled on a colorful patterned sleeveless dress and paired the item with even brighter orange slingbacks. She then painted her lips a bright coral. You go, young Carrie.
