How Could Gwyneth Paltrow Leave Stickers on Her Shoes?!

Gwyneth Paltrow went to the opening of the new Tracy Anderson Flagship Studio in Brentwood, California, last night, wearing a short, tight Victoria Beckham dress and looking every bit the poster lady for the Tracy Anderson Method that she is. However, at the bottom of her long, very tan, very toned legs were a pair of neon Michael Kors sandals that, when photographed from the most awkward angle possible, appeared to have stickers on the bottom. They’re not price tags, of course, because goodness knows Paltrow doesn’t bother with things like actual shopping (she “edits” instead). In fact, you can’t tell what they are at all, because they are hidden underneath her feet.

But the Telegraph deems the stickers a “red carpet sin” and a “faux pas,” comparable to flashing one’s underwear or something equally embarrassing, and suggests that Paltrow “might be having stern words with her team of dressers and stylists.” Because those slackers didn’t peel tiny stickers off her soles! To which we say: If they only knew the things we’ve found stuck to the bottoms of our shoes — cigarettes, gum, a solitary pink feather, and in one special case, a lime impaled on a heel — after a long night out.
