Today rag & bone released images of its first-ever men’s campaign starring American actor and unconventional hottie Michael Pitt. Shot in New York by Glen Luchford, the ads feature Pitt looking like an angsty musician in the back of a cab and on the streets with a smashed guitar (which, according to the press release, was Pitt’s own). Also revealed were the Fall ‘13 women’s ads featuring French actress Léa Seydoux looking effortlessly chic and disheveled. “Léa and Michael weren’t given any direction. The premise was simply them in rag & bone doing whatever came naturally,” managing partner David Neville said of the campaign. And looking broodingly cool in rag & bone happens to be one of those things that comes naturally to them both.
