A stylist formerly employed by Drake is suing the rapper because that corny practice jersey Drake wore to last night’s VMAs is giving him a bad name. Just kidding. Stylist Michael Raphael says Drake owes him wages and shopping expenses for December 2012, a month when he racked up almost $40,000 in shopping and travel costs in addition to his $39,583 monthly salary. (We’ve never heard of Raphael, but this rate makes him rap game Rachel Zoe.) He had apparently worked for and been paid by Drake without problem from August 2012 until December. In case you’re wondering why Drake fired him, the lawsuit comes with receipts, TMZ reports: “one from Nike for $1,162, one for Diesel was $1,483, $714 at American Rag, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.”
