Outfit Agenda: Cool Date Looks to Wear This Fall

For our third installment of Outfit Agenda, we focus on key fall pieces we can’t wait to put on as the weather turns crisper, like the perfect over-the-knee boots from 3.1 Phillip Lim, a bright sea-glass-green bouclé jacquard dress by Proenza Schouler, and Stella McCartney’s wool sweatshirt layered over J.Crew’s boyish oxford shirt.

We begin our casual date by escaping the city’s pavement and skyscrapers for the Gothic archways of the Cloisters. Walk through fresh autumn leaves at neighboring Fort Tryon Park, overlooking the Hudson River. Then head to New Leaf Restaurant & Bar for a cozy dinner and drinks under the stars.

Next, we step up our everyday look with something bolder, perfect for an evening kicked off at Jean Georges’s latest restaurant, ABC Cocina, for a delicious bite before catching an autumn sunset on the High Line. Then walk down to Film Forum, a downtown institution, for offbeat films with an art-house twist.
