Yesterday’s gorgeous, breezy weather made for a great skirt day, and Fashion Week showgoers like Giovanna Battaglia, Emily Weiss, Shiona Turini, and and Caroline Issa hit the sidewalks in short, swingy hemlines. And seeing as we’re not even halfway through Fashion Week, everyone’s still parading out their most outrageous heels — click through to see Preetma Singh’s strappy silver sandals, Natalia Kills’s white platforms, and Lily Kwong’s hot-pink stilettos. (And props to those like Susie Lau and Joan Smalls, who made their flat shoes look great.)
