Eating just half a portion of processed meat a day lowers a male’s percentage of normal sperm cells from 7.2 percent to 5.5 percent, says a Harvard study. But don’t throw away your favorite carnivorous cocktail recipe or cease patronizing local butchers just yet, modern man. This study only looked at a small sample (156 men), and eating lots of processed meat is linked to other health problems, so this could be a case of conflation.
