Urban Outfitters won’t carry The Book of Jezebel. It seems its writers made fun of Urban’s bed bug infestation and off-brand anti-gay politics one too many times. “Their [feelings] have been hurt because of what has been written about them on the site,” a source told the Daily News. The store previously carried the blog’s book Pot Psychology’s How to Be, although the word Jezebel was nowhere on the cover. “Urban Outfitters should realize that criticism from the women of Jezebel is a rite of passage,” blog proprietor Nick Denton told the News. Or they can drink away their sorrows from their “Navajo flask.”
