A flood of high-profile events took place this week, from the MoMA Film Benefit Presented by Chanel to the WSJ Magazine 2013 Innovator Awards, both of which attracted the fashion set’s most fabulous in hordes. (We’ve already given special attention to the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards and Glamour’s Woman of the Year Awards.) Everyone’s favorite New Zealand teen sensation, Lorde, took to the stage at the MoMA Film Benefit to perform for a crowd that included Anna Wintour, Lupita Nyong’o, Iman, Karl Lagerfeld, David Bowie, and Tilda Swinton. Over at the equally star-studded WSJ Magazine party, André Leon Talley looked pleased in his luxe cape, Karlie Kloss posed with Martha Stewart, and Terry Richardson passed on his chronic “thumbs up” condition to Pharrell. (Designers Joseph Altuzarra and Thom Browne were also in attendance.) And in case you missed it: Lady Gaga wore a flying dress to her ARTPOP album rave party on Sunday night.
