Cara Delevingne unleashed a preview of her forthcoming YSL beauty ad on Instagram yesterday, reprising her role after a cameo as a moody teen in the fall 2013 campaign. While it’s never really a surprise that the most reblogged fashion personality of 2013 looks gorgeous — she is a model, after all — this still has her in a sultry, Film Noir homage, standing against a red lacquered wall and looking particularly diabolical.
Her perfect dark cat-eye, tousled hair, precise crimson lip, and sculpted strong brow (tweezer sales will continue to decline in 2014) create a look that says: I just murdered my husband and am driving off into the night with my much younger lover, and I didn’t even chip my YSL nail polish.
