Art Basel Miami Beach officially kicks off tomorrow — but naturally, with artists, collectors, gallerists, and celebrities pooled together in South Florida, the festivities have already started, and the outfits are pretty fabulous. Pharrell Williams and Damien Hirst wore matching chains at a dinner for Tracey Emin and MOCA, Cecilia Dean dolled up in Rodarte for the world premiere of A Portrait of Marina Abramović, and Takashi Murakami wore one of his plush creations on his head for a dinner hosted by Glenda Bailey. But the wildest look of Basel so far goes to artist Rob Pruitt, who threw a party with a giant pregnancy test as decor — which he proudly wore around his head. Click through the slideshow to see the the best-dressed revelers (so far!) at Art Basel.
