Justin Bieber’s impeccably browed accomplice Chantel Jeffries knows a thing or two about run-ins with the police. According to the New York Daily News, the 21-year-old model has been arrested five times, including arrests for speeding (92 in a 70) and misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon. In 2011, Jefferies was arrested for stabbing another woman in the arm during a fight.
