NYFW Street Style, Day 3: Bright Coats & Fur Accents

Is there anything like a defiant winter white to show up the snow? Embracing the brightness of hazy winter days, the fashionable coterie strutted in dazzling shades of pale. Puffy white jackets, sleek white pants, white booties, white shag furs, white turtlenecks, and clean white sneakers graced the streets of New York Fashion Week. In addition to the carefully pale parade, there was also a healthy dose of irreverence: a structural yellow coat on stylist Anya Ziourova, blogger and shoe designer Chiara Ferragni’s robust blue accents and varsity jacket, and energetic red from designer turned blogger sisters Samantha and Caillianne Beckerman. And to keep warm, some fuzzy fur accessorize in many shades — from Anna Wintour’s grey to Susie Lau’s Tang-colored fur stole.
