Chanel announced today that Gisele Bündchen, multitasking model, has another busy task to add to her scheduling app: being the new face of Chanel No.5. She will star in a new campaign due out at the end of 2014, which will be directed by Baz Luhrmann. Bündchen “was chosen for her natural beauty and modern femininity” (no mention of her musical talents) and takes over the reins from previous faces Audrey Tautou, Nicole Kidman, and Brad Pitt. Congratulations to Bündchen on the new gig, but this probably isn’t a good way to keep a keep a low profile in terms of the IRS.
