It might be here: the “key moment” for the housing market’s recovery, when millennials can move out. Parents of 18- to 24-year-olds can refer to the downstairs den as “the spare room,” with happy tears twinkling in their eyes.

Millennials have been all about camping in their parents’ homes since 2009. Now, these young fledglings might be packing up, asking about the location of the duct tape, requesting to borrow the big car, and promising not to hurry back.
