Welcome to the Matrix … of sorts. Earlier this year, hair-care brand Matrix announced that it would use Google Glass as a beauty education tool in a partnership called Matrix Class for Glass. The future of wearable tech may be blurry, but this video in the series, filmed using Google Glass and featuring Danielle and Jodie Snyder of Dannijo, is not. Using Google Glass to browse for image inspiration and show the point of view of the stylist, Matrix celebrity stylist George Papanikolas and artistic director Ammon Carver re-create a messy low side bun and pony look on the Snyder sisters. Well, if we’re all going to be robots one day, at least we’ll be ones with artfully disheveled side ponies.
