Milan Street Style: Sports Bras and Neon Tulle
This week, editors, models, stylists, and designers descended on Milan for Men’s Fashion Week, infusing the city’s sidewalks with a burst of exuberant color. Showgoers dressed in both whimsical and sporty looks, wearing everything from Sophia Webster’s wing-heeled sandals to iridescent slip-on sneakers and sports bras. Some opted for inventive silhouettes, like Candela Novembre’s chartreuse, one-armed suit, and others, simply bright colors: Esther Quek sported a crisp golden-rod shorts-suit. Though hardly as ubiquitous as last season, a few kooky clutches were still on display — Askina Vine accessorized an all-white outfit with a one-way-sign-themed bag nestled under one arm, and Anna Dello Russo paired a gold foil dress with a mini-box of Corn Flakes.
