Last season the new Marc by Marc Jacobs designers Katie Hillier and Luella Bartley debuted their first collection, which was a mishmash of youthful energy that could be best described as motocross meets anime. This season, it was another juxtaposition of influences — the rave culture of the ‘80s and the Ferus Gallery of the ‘50s. As thumping dance music played, models clad in latex, shirting, and plenty of polka dots wove their way around the neon-lit stage.
