This season, the Cut ranks the street-style looks from the previous days at Fashion Week. We’ve selected these 25 images out of the many that photographer YoungJun Koo shot in Paris to bring you this list. Agree? Disagree? Chime in on the comments below.
After three weeks of travel, you’d think the street-style stars would have some fashion fatigue, but during the first few days of Paris they showed no signs of slowing down. Everyone came dressed in bigger and better outfits than ever before. Giovanna Battaglia plucked the sparkly shoes straight off the Rochas runway, while Jeannie Lee (owner of L.A. boutique Satine) continued the food theme from Milan in a pineapple Topshop sweater. Others remained true to their aesthetic, like Catherine Baba in her turbans and Rachael Wang in her head-to-toe neutrals. And to really mix it up, there was plenty of new blood, too — especially Kimye, who showed off Game of Thrones LARPing and his ‘n’ hers cleavage. Click ahead to see where they all placed during the first round of Paris street-style battles.
