Last night, Lena Dunham and Spike Jonze co-hosted the Lowline’s annual Anti-Gala benefit dinner at Skylight Modern. The event — which benefits the development and design of a planned acre-large underground park in the former Williamsburg Bridge trolley terminal — featured a live performance by Bleachers (featuring Dunham’s boyfriend, Jack Antonoff), a DJ set by James Murphy, and an auction culminating in the sale of Dunham’s dress off her back. “It’s not a size zero. It’s for a curvier woman. I can dry-clean it. Or not,” Dunham said of the Rachel Antonoff dress, which sold for $3,000.
