While Gone Girl may be Rosamund Pike’s biggest role to date, it’s certainly not her first time at the red-carpet rodeo. Before her chilling performance as “cool girl” Amy Dunne in this fall’s hit film, she played key parts in An Education and Pride and Prejudice. Style-wise, Pike isn’t afraid of an unusual silhouette or a bold pattern, like the Louis Vuitton look she wore to the Met Gala or the see-through Victoria Beckham dress for The World’s End premiere. (She also happened to be ahead of the pastel hair trend with pink highlights back in 2008.)

See her best looks in our slideshow below, including an iridescent rose-printed balloon gown, a peacock-patterned dress, and her recent run of on-point pregnancy-friendly dresses.
