The first week of November was chock-full of Dior parties, starting with the opening of the brand’s new Soho boutique, followed by Wednesday’s Guggenheim International Gala pre-party, and, finally, last night’s dinner at the Guggenheim, where Raf Simons hosted Peter Marino, Camilla Belle, and Anna Wintour, who came dressed in a vibrant red cape for the occasion. Meanwhile, both Olsen twins were at the World of Children Awards Ceremony, and over in Brooklyn, Dev Hynes, Scout Willis, and Dustin Yellin all hung out at the Bruce High Quality Foundation’s Not for Profit event. Earlier in the day, Anne Hathaway and Valentino Garavani exchanged affectionate glances at the book signing for the fashion legend’s new opus on entertaining, while, over at Barneys, Carmen Dell’Orefice and Pat Cleveland showed up for a luncheon celebrating “Private Beauties” photographed by Marc Lagrange. Coco Rocha and Karlie Kloss palled around at the Tiffany T Train experience opening, Cara Delevingne welcomed hordes of rapt fans at the Topshop Fifth Avenue flagship opening, and Vogue hosted a dinner in L.A. to honor Tod’s Alessandra Facchinetti, with Anjelica Huston, Rachel Zoe, and Dita Von Teese. Oh, and Hilaria Baldwin brought her baby, Carmen, to a Target launch party.
