The 21 Best-Dressed People From NYFW, Day 8
Throughout fashion month, the Cut is ranking street-stylers on their outfits, crowning a winner of our Golden Peacock medal each time. Last year’s winner and Amazon Fashion’s NYFW Style Expert, Shiona Turini, will help us filter through all of the photos shot by Youngjun Koo to pick out the best-dressed of the bunch. Agree? We made it! Eight days and hundreds of outfits later, the Golden Peacock Awards have wrapped up for New York. On this last day, the battle only seemed to get more heated, with rookies breaking into the top ten, prior winners slipping down, and an appearance by the one-and-only Kate Lanphear. Again, people seemed to disregard the permafrost weather: Shea Marie showed up in a bright-yellow trench that flapped in the wind and Sarah Harris turned up in a blue turtleneck, sans coat. Fortunately, others were more bundled up: Eva Chen wore a silver puffer over an equally shiny metallic mint coat and Giovanna Battaglia opted for cozy Elmo-esque fur. But there can only be one more winner for the week. Click ahead to see who took home the final medal.
