Apropos of nothing, Spotify announced the songs most frequently included on playlists that mention sex in the title (of which there are 2.5 million) (!).
Astonishingly, the songs are mostly ambient indie pop, with un-intimidating tempos and an occasionally interesting bass situation. The most popular song is — wait, why don’t you guess? Did you guess the xx? Did you guess “Intro”? You’re right! Everyone who would make a sex playlist predictably likes screwing to slinky, breathy indie music, like everyone else who makes a sex playlist.
