After some speculation, Men’s Fashion Week will kick off in New York this summer, running from July 13 to 16, with the spring 2016 collections. At least 14 designer labels, including Michael Kors, Calvin Klein Collection, and Rag & Bone, have already signed on to participate. The CFDA’s CEO Steven Kolb told WWD that the addition was partially inspired by the success of London’s menswear collections and that “American menswear has never been stronger or more creative.” Here’s to the arrival of more male models, glitter, and, of course, some really good street-style peacocks on American soil.
