Usually the street-style bunch love a good photographer-bait outfit, like, say, a head-to-toe runway look, but on day two of our street-style awards, Rachael Wang swooped in for a win in a surprisingly simple Gap shirtdress. Soon after, the Cut’s contributor Shiona Turini showed up in Paris in the same dress, and it was elevated to an obsession. Thankfully, if you missed it last fall, Gap has reintroduced a similar version of the dress with the same rise-and-fall hem and midi silhouette. The dress runs a bit large, so use the belt to cinch the waist to create a fitted yet relaxed shape. Treat it like a blank canvas — you can take a cue from Rachel and wear it with flat sandals, or dress it up with heels like Shiona.
Belted Shirttail Dress, $49 at Gap.
