Last night, noted bra-innovator Miley Cyrus was seen having a fun time at 1 OAK while wearing an expertly tied bandanna on her bosom. She paired the skillfully knotted top with a matching kerchief shirt, which was also made out of bandannas, and finished off the match-y look with more than one inexplicable accent piece: an unwieldy balloon purse, a tiara, and silvery raccoon-eye makeup.
