Summer entertaining is an art unto itself. And it starts with an excuse to open a nice bottle of something. We used Chandon American Summer Limited Edition Brut and Rosé as inspirations to assemble the gift that will keep on giving: the best bar cart ever. 2 oz. mint simple syrup
1 oz. bourbon
2 oz. Chandon Brut Classic
Sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Make the simple syrup by combining the water, sugar, and mint in a small saucepan. Muddle the mint lightly with a wooden spoon. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour the simple syrup and bourbon in a rocks glass. Stir to combine. Add the Brut and fill with crushed ice. Top with a sprig of mint.
Grand Lemon-Peach Sparkler
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. Chandon Rosé
Lemon wedges for garnish
Pour the Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a rocks glass. Stir to combine. Add the Rosé. Fill the glass with ice and add a lemon wedge. Serve with a straw.
