Crafter extraordinaire Miley Cyrus adorned her forehead with a googly eye for a night out with friends in Soho yesterday, including the Flaming Lips singer Wayne Coyne. She completed the eye-catching outfit with a backward baseball cap, double denim, a Dr. Seuss–themed T-shirt, and a Moschino backpack with a beer bottle poking out, matching her beverage-themed phone case. It’s unclear what Miley’s intention with her forehead decoration was, but hopefully she’s not making a culturally insensitive third-eye reference — the kind she’s far too wise to make.
