Now You Can Smell Like a Delicious Cup of Coffee

By Kilian, the young French fragrance house founded by LVMH heir Kilian Hennessy, wants you to wake up with Intoxicated, a new eau de parfum with a chocolaty deep-roast aroma. Encased in the brand’s signature sleek black bottle, the unisex fragrance is rich and a little sweet and spicy, balancing heady notes of cardamom, cinnamon, tobacco, and patchouli. You’ll notice a Turkish-coffee top layer right away: It smells like a very expensive roast that’s brewing at the end of a hallway, alluring but not overbearing. A part of Kilian’s Addictive State of Mind collection, Intoxicated oozes warmth and sex appeal. I imagine the Intoxicated man as the ultimate cool customer (think Idris Elba), and the Intoxicated woman as a total badass. The scent will bring a morning jolt of energy to your inner cool side, no Starbucks card needed.

Intoxicated, $270 at Bergdorf Goodman.
