See How NBA Superstar Andre Iguodala Does Men’s Fashion Week

How do you take in a fashion week when you’re an NBA star? The answer: very, very quickly. Fresh off his championship win with the Golden State Warriors, where the small forward and shooting guard was also crowned NBA Finals MVP, Andre Iguodala made his way to New York City for the inaugural New York men’s fashion week. The menswear style director of Twice partied, rubbed (very tall) shoulders, and took in some of Tuesday’s shows at Skylight Clarkson Square before jetting off to Los Angeles for the 2015 ESPY awards. The Cut joined him at his fitting with Calvin Klein, on a ride in a Bentley, and at the dinner he threw on Monday night. I was hoping to stay longer into the week but had to present at the ESPY Awards in L.A., so I just had to take in as much as I could on Monday and Tuesday."

It was definitely a kick-off party and it seemed like everyone there was excited to get the week going.

We talked about the sea-blue, wool-blend, two-button notch-lapel suit and cerise dress shirt from the fall 2015 collection that I decided to wear and discussed a few of the other looks on display.
"Public School definitely had a lot of pieces I loved. Their look really resonated with me because they’re breaking down the walls between formal and informal. I'm definitely incorporating this in my style going forward.
"Rochambeau was the last show I took in. I was excited for it after spending time talking with Joshua and Laurence on Monday night at my dinner. I liked the looks on display in their show and have talked with my stylist, Kesha McLeod, on how we [can] incorporate pieces from their collection into my fall wardrobe.
