Getting naked with someone is usually a prelude to sex of some sort. But on this week’s “Sex Lives” podcast hosts Maureen O’Conner, Allison P. Davis, and David Wallace-Wells discuss what happens when you get naked long before that, and do everything else — dating, wooing, flirting, and settling down — in the nude. Two case studies provide examples of how it works: Maureen’s piece about flirting and making friends on nude beaches, and the stars of the second season of VH1’s reality show Dating Naked who spend ten weeks trying to find “the one” while exposing their genitals.
