If viewing the world through rose-colored glasses seems a bit tame for your tastes, consider Louboutinize, the brand-new app from the shoe designer. According to Footwear News, it includes a “Rouge” filter to tint your Instagrams shoe-sole scarlet — the better to camouflage a rogue sunburn or unappetizing-looking entrée. Less clearly Louboutin-specific are two other features, “Crystallize,” which makes pictures look like they’re being seen through broken glass, and “Legs,” which lets you splice images of, say, Dita von Teese’s legs with another image, should you want to do that.
The app is now available on the Apple Store — and it’s free, unlike the brand’s upcoming lipsticks, for which you’ll have to part with a cool $90.
