Like many things, this week’s parties started with the Kardashians: On Monday, Kendall and Kylie Jenner headed to Malibu to celebrate Kris’s cover of Haute Living. The next night, in New York, Misty Copeland celebrated her Broadway debut in On the Town with Taye Diggs and Josh Groban. On Wednesday, several generations of cool got together in New York for the 45th anniversary of Electric Lady Studios, which had Patti Smith playing her entire Horses album for a crowd that included Alexa Chung, Dakota Johnson, Natasha Lyonne, Liv Tyler, and Michael Stipe. Click through the slideshow to see all that and more from this week’s parties, including Jenna Lyons, Serena Williams, Leandra Medine, and a lurking Luke Wilson.
