Yesterday, Rachel Zoe attended a campaign launch for the Australian mall Chadstone in Melbourne. She wore a black off-the-shoulder dress that, per usual, almost touched the floor, and sleeves that reached down to her knees like ruffly tendrils. She completed the look by piling on gold jewelry and red lipstick, looking like a truly uptown Stevie Nicks.
