Everybody knows that there are two times during which you don’t make major life decisions: in the middle of sex, and while holding a wiggly puppy. But disregarding the basic rules of decision decorum, Shelby Turner’s boyfriend bought her a puppy and proposed to her by tying the ring to its collar.
Of course, she said yes. Never commit to anything while snuggling puppies.
