Today’s smoothie comes from Hannah Bronfman, fashionable DJ and social-media star. If one’s life is defined by one’s Instagram feed, here’s Bronfman’s: work out daily (pilates, yoga, running, intervals), fly around the world to spin music at fabulous parties, spend quality time with your handsome fiancé cooking healthy-looking meals, then repeat. She also has her own website, HBFIT (Health, Beauty, Fitness), where she dispenses advice and recipes like the smoothie below.
You will need:
1/2 cup of nondairy milk (of your choice); almond or coconut milk are my faves
1/2 cup filtered water
Vanilla-plant protein (or chocolate, add the amount recommended on the package’s serving size)
1 tsp of cacao powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
