Gucci’s creative director, Alessandro Michele, is quite direct with his affection. Michele, who was appointed to the creative director role last year, posted an Instagram photo of Ellen’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame — no caption. Just Ellen.
Could this be a hint to Ellen’s red carpet attire? Or maybe he’s just throwing a little love in the direction of a former Oscar host who tells it like it is, jokes and all, during a controversial Oscars season.
And, this just in: Alessandro is on his way to the show with a not-so-scruffy Jared Leto. Looks like when it comes to the biggest awards night of the season, he’s got red carpet friends in high places.
