Whether it’s sheer campaign exhaustion or an innate inability to summon human emotion, Hillary Clinton sure could use a good laugh. When People asked her when the last time she couldn’t stop laughing was, she mumbled something about her staffers being silly on her private plane. “They were ribbing each other and carrying on and making jokes and I was just sitting there smiling and … laughing,” she said.
