Morrissey has been many things in his life: musician, novelist, activist. Is fashion model next on his résumé? Supreme ads featuring the former Smiths frontman and proud vegetarian began popping up in Japan and France. Judging by this one photo alone, Moz can certainly pull off a smoldering pout and strong eyebrow work as well as Cara Delevingne can.
But alas, it is not to be. This campaign is not blessed by the Meat Is Murder musician. He issued an apology on fan site True to You clarifying the issue:
Supreme, if you want to make amends, take down the ads and then send Morrissey a paper bag of tiny square veggie burgers.
