There are all sorts of tips out there on how to make sure a happy relationship stays a happy one; usually, they have something to do with “date night” or never going to sleep angry. And these are fine! But a team of neuroscientists in Canada recently decided to peer into the brains of longtime couples to see what was going on in their heads, on a neurological level, when they interact with their partners, and how that might contribute to their ultimate happiness together.
