Teens run everything these days. They’ve always decided what’s cool, but lately they’ve been edging their way into the adult world. Thirteen-year-old Moziah Bridges runs a $200,000 company. Seventeen-year-old Olivia Hallisey invented a new way to test for Ebola.
But the problem with teens is they’re sneaky little buggers, wedging their way into new echelons of adult society all the time.
South Florida teen Malachi Love-Robinson, 18, was arrested on Tuesday for practicing medicine without a license. That’s right, folks: Teens are now your doctors. Medical degree? Teens don’t need no stinkin’ medical degree!
Love-Robinson purported to have a Ph.D. and a Psy.D. and advertised specialties in naturopathy and mental health. He got caught when he examined an undercover police officer and offered him medical advice. He’s now being held on $6,000 bail.
