Over two decades may have passed since Icelandic queen Björk was interviewed in Madrid by Spain TV about her breakout album Debut, but not a whole lot has changed. In the newly circulating footage, Björk explains what is so frustrating about growing up as a female-identifying person versus a male-identifying person. “Men: They can be silly. Fat. Funny. Intelligent. Hard-core. Intelligent. Philosophical,” she starts at around 3:35 in the clip. “But with women they always have to be feminine.”
